A third generation dry-cleaner with Puritan Cleaners of Richmond, Virginia Gary brings the resources and commitment of over 200 dry-cleaning and laundry associates standing by to handle any restoration project. His leadership in local, state, and national associations keeps our company on the leading edge of industry improvements and updates. Gary served the Varsity International Conference of Cleaners for over 20 years and is now a member of the prestigious Dry-cleaning Strategic Management Bureau. Gary serves locally on the boards of the BBB and Retail Merchants Association.

Jerry brought his wide experience of textile cleaning to the Puritan family in 1996. This experience was gained both as a business owner and a representative for one of the leading industry suppliers. Jerry is one of America's leading expert specialists in cleaning techniques as they relate to post disaster textile solutions. Through his pioneering experimentation with new and improved methods, CRDN of VA has been able to produce textile restoration rates which would have been considered impossible a few short years ago. Jerry is one of our team of highly qualified First Responders. His ability to organize the rapid turnaround of huge volumes of contaminated textiles within a short time has earned him well deserved recognition inside and outside our organization.

Angela joined our team from the Hertz organization in December 2006. She had already enjoyed a long and distinguished career in insurance claim related services and her name quickly appeared on the CRDN national sales leader board. Her network of professional contacts throughout Virginia and beyond, coupled with her delightful personality, has ensured that we continue to find new friends and develop our VA business. Angela is an encyclopedia of market knowledge and her spontaneous natural warmth, kindness and generosity add great joy to both our internal and external relationships. Outside of normal business, Angela is an active member of Blue Goose and she has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the new Tidewater Puddle.

Angela is an accomplished sportswomen (soccer and tennis) and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
She is also a qualified Continuing Education instructor in both VA and NC.

Tracy is another member of our home-grown, hand-picked team with a long experience of customer service and retail management. She joined Puritan Cleaners and worked on the retail side in 2001, and has since steadily moved up the organization. Tracy now plays a pivotal service role and handles all jobs from first notification to final delivery. Her dedication is reflected in her almost permanent attachment to our 24/7 phone line. Tracy is the first person to respond to our professional and personal customers and it is she who sets the scene for many memorable customer service experiences.

Her organizational, interpersonal and computer skills enable her to consistently and reliably run the non-production side of the business. She does this with characteristic good humor, and her ability to faithfully deliver CRDN's highest service standards provide the backbone to our business.

Tasha has been a member of the Puritan family since 1994, longer than any other member of the CRDN of VA management team. She worked in retail management before transferring to CRDN of VA where she has been since it's foundation in 2002. Tasha has, under Jerry's stewardship, become a most accomplished senior manager. In addition to applying her great organizational talent to a job which regularly demands it, she has developed outstanding technical and management skills. Her passion for quality and reluctance to give up on a technical cleaning challenge has played a major part in CRDN's success story. Tasha also has considerable customer service experience and skill and she will often willingly and enthusiastically take on a First Responder role onsite when the situation requires it.

Tasha is a keen ten-pin bowler. Along with her partner ( who also works for CRDN as a CSR Team Leader), they demonstrate consistently high levels of skill both inside and outside the workplace.
